What started as a love for fresh, healthy food has grown into a family dream rooted in care, curiosity, and community.
We’re Stephanie and Brian - we actually met while working at Starbucks, long before this little greens journey began. Life took us in different directions for a while: I went into dental care, and Brian became a police officer. We built our family, welcomed two wonderful kids, and somewhere along the way, we started thinking about how to create something of our own - something we could nurture and share.
The inspiration came from Brian’s mom, Alice, whose thumb is greener than grass. One day, she mentioned microgreens - and that single conversation sparked an idea that Brian couldn’t shake. What started as a curious experiment turned into three years of learning, growing, and testing - quite literally - in the closet of our condo.
In August 2025, we took a leap and started building our dedicated growing shed, where we now cultivate our microgreens under gentle grow lights - hand-sown, hand-harvested, and grown with love.
